A new Detox & Wellness Retreat is taking shape in the California hills.
NVK Group is developing the architectural concept for a private wellness destination where contemporary architecture, nature and wellbeing come together in one carefully considered experience.
Surrounded by the Californian landscape, the retreat is envisioned as a place to disconnect from everyday intensity, recharge and restore. Privacy, wellness experiences, healthy living and a strong connection with nature form the foundation of the concept.
The architecture is designed to enter into a quiet dialogue with the terrain: framing long views, creating seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, and using natural light, materiality and landscape to shape a calm, restorative atmosphere.
The destination will bring together spaces for relaxation, mindful routines and personal renewal, offering guests a contemporary setting in which wellbeing is supported by both the programme and the architecture itself.
